Its sole function is to hold the intellectual property of the ICONYC Group and license it to each subsidiary entity under executed intra-group licensing agreements.

No subsidiary entity is authorised to bind, represent, or incur liability on behalf of CAA Media SRL or any other subsidiary entity. Each entity operates on a standalone basis under license from CAA Media SRL.
