ICONYC operates across spirits, fragrance, fashion, and media in multiple jurisdictions. Getting it right is not optional. We are looking for a Compliance & Regulatory Affair Manager who understands the regulatory landscape across our product categories and keeps the business ahead of regulatory changes.

Work closely with legal counsel, production, and brand teams to ensure that every product that carries the ICONYC name meets the highest standards — commercially, legally, and ethically.

Experience in spirits, cosmetics, or fashion compliance within a multi-market context is essential. Familiarity with EU Regulation frameworks and Belgian or broader European commercial law is strongly preferred. You are rigorous, proactive, and fluent in translating regulatory complexity into operational clarity.
